Employment Opportunities for Associate Trainers

Care2Care Training is a successful, expanding training company providing bespoke and accredited training to the health and social care sector in Yorkshire, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.

We are currently looking for outstanding people to join our select group of Associate Trainers working in South Yorkshire.

As one of our Associate Trainers you will deliver training courses from our well-established Training For Health And Social Care Workers programme using Care2Care's training facilities at Sorby House, and those provided by our customers for on-site training.

To successfully fill the role of Associate Trainer, you will be an established trainer with:

  • an occupational background in adult care services, nursing, or emergency services
  • an understanding of the roles and requirements within the adult care sector
  • experience in delivering training to groups of adult learners both in a classroom environment and in the learner's day-to-day working environment
  • a minimum of a Level 3 Teaching qualification
  • your own transport and a willingness to travel throughout South Yorkshire

Support Workers with Care2Care Services

Care2Care Training's sister company Care2Care Services is a successful, expanding company providing day care, home care and companionship services in Sheffield.

They are currently looking for outstanding and enthusiastic people to work as Support Workers.

As a Support Worker you will provide quality care to service users in a manner that will maximise their quality of life, and which is consistent with their individual care plans.

Applicants must have:

  • an enhanced CRB disclosure
  • a full driving licence
  • the use of a car and the willingness to travel throughout Sheffield

Experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be given up to NVQ level.

The rate of pay for Support Workers is £6.50 per hour. The hours of work are between 7.00am and 10.00pm, and some evening, weekend and Bank Holiday working will be necessary. Hours to be worked will be as and when necessary to meet the needs of the service.
